Let me share this recipe for my delicious muffins I have been baking with the old chocolate formula. You can substitute perfect keto collagen chocolate flavor for the new VANILLA ONE.
RECIPE: VANILLA COLLAGEN MUFFINS (FT. PERFECT KETO COLLAGEN - VANILLA)
4 scoops Perfect keto collagen – vanilla flavor
4 eggs or 8 egg whites
¼ cup whipped cottage cheese ¼ cup heavy whipping cream (this two mixed together)
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
8 to 16 drops liquid Stevia (more or less, depends how sweet you like your muffin)
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix all the dry ingredients together
Add wet to dry and stir to combine
Pour into 12 regular sized muffin tins
Bake for 12-15 min
